Quiet A-frame in Prescott forest

Snug in the pines above downtown, this quiet cabin is designed to help you unplug and unwind. Watch the deer take their morning walk through the property on their self made paths. Close your eyes and drift off to the sounds of birds and the wood all around you. Inside you'll find a lovely marriage of modern and vintage, newly updated space that is open, bright, and very clean! Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

NAN’S INN is a hidden gem located in the heart of Prescott. It is near the Courthouse plaza with shopping, good food, musical events & art shows on the square and famous whiskey row. Close by are the beautiful Granite Dells, Granite Mountain & Thumb Butte with their hiking trails, museums, Watson, Lynx and Willow lakes and the colleges (Prescott, Yavapai & Embry Riddle). There are many things to explore in Prescott and Nan’s Inn is a perfect spot to relax & unwind at the end of a busy day!

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

This beautifully remodeled 1914 home is two blocks from Whiskey Row and Downtown Prescott shops, theatres, restaurants, and courthouse square events. Professionally designed inviting home, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, two gorgeous bathrooms each with a full shower and bathtub, and a third private sleeping room with two twin beds. Living room has a grand accent wall, rich furniture, and a warm gas stove for restorative evenings at home. Welcome to Prescott, and welcome to our home.

Welcome to our Downtown Bungalow! Nestled on the north side of downtown Prescott, this cozy home is perfect for any visit to Prescott & the surrounding area. Within 1 mile (walking distance) of the Courthouse Plaza, a local shuttle, shopping center, Sprouts & several restaurants. Many amenities are available to guests, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a home away from home, while you enjoy our lovely town. This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for one vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request
