If you are in need of a quiet escape, this setting is for you. This little place has been a summer cottage for years. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, living room and bathroom to make it extra cosy. The view from the front deck looks out to ‘Digby Gut’ which is the entrance to the Bay of Fundy. This is an ever changing view and a delight to experience. The 2 bedrooms each have very comfortable new queen mattresses to sink into after a long day of exploring The Annapolis Valley.

Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Ocean View Cabin #1

Newly renovated cabin with kitchenette and queen size bed located on site at The Wheelhouse Seafood and Pasta in Belliveaus Cove. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful Saint Mary's Bay ocean view sunset from your patio. The cabin is within walking distance of Belliveau Cove Municipal Park. The park features a 5km walking trail, a craft center, and a light house. Between May and September the park also hosts a Farmers Market on Saturday's from 10am to 2pm. During low tide you can dig for clams!

Edgewater Cabins #2

Edgewater is centrally located off of Route 1 (Schoodic Scenic By-way) in Sullivan Harbor. You can enjoy our beach and picnic tables on the wharf while surrounded by amazing views. You will find a tennis court just a short walk up our driveway. Nearby there are restaurants, local hiking trails, and Acadia National Park (20 min to Schoodic Point and 35 min to Acadia on Mount Desert Island). Boat rides around Frenchman's Bay are available from our dock. There's a 3 night minimum stay in Cabin 2.

Smiths Cove is that hidden gem, only 6 minutes from Digby NS. Take the walking trail, found at the back of the property, leading to unique cottages along the water or take the direct 5 minute path to a secluded beach. Included is a private driveway, fast wifi, a kitchenette with induction burner hot plate, snacks and coffee, tea, cream, 100% cotton sheets and towels, an indoor fireplace, heat pump, TV. This quiet rural setting on the Lighthouse Route offers an expansive waterfront just steps from the deck with panoramic views from everywhere on the property. Just 10 minutes from the town of Shelburne ( historic loyalist settlement)/and close to many white sand beaches.The cottage is fronted by Pierce’s Beach, a usable rock sand beach, boasting at times some spectacular waves. Fronted by ever changing traffic on Shelburne Harbour. Even inclement weather presents for striking photo ops.

Kick back and relax in this spacious lakeside heat pump, infloor heated cottage, new August 2023. The separate bedroom with queen bed, has a beautiful barn slide door. The main living area has a queen sofa couch. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets or a campfire by the lake . For your added pleasure is a six man, hot tub, nestled in the woods under a beautiful gazebo - shared with one (2 person) cottage. Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, mountain bikes, swim in the lake, or enjoy leisure walks.

It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
