Sunland Cove: Modern, absolute waterfront + kayaks

This well-appointed, newly carpeted family sized home has 4 bedrooms & can sleep 9. On a quiet cove, the canals are right on your doorstep. Kids can paddle, play and fish all day long. Surrounded by wildlife such as ducks, swans, pelicans & the occasional dolphins frolicking off your backyard, this is a truly unique & relaxing location. Jarrah Cottage

Welcome to Jarrah Cottage, a home located in Waroona, 110km south of Perth. Waroona enjoys a friendly community and is closer to Perth and more affordable compared to other typical travel destinations in South West WA. This cottage has been fully renovated and despite the spacious block, chirping birds and rural vibe, is walking distance to shops and pubs. It offers reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, wifi, smart TV, fire place, fire pit, bbq, outdoor dining, playground and much more.

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Honeymoon Hideaway -Adults Only Retreat

Beautifully hidden away cabin situated approximately 5 kms north of Harvey. Relax and hide away in our self-contained cabin in front of the log fire or sit on the decked balcony with a refreshing drink in hand and watch the variety of wild birds and sheep that roam the 90 tranquil acres. The cabin is out of sight so nothing can disturb you except for the sound of the nature. Please note -there is no oven, no wifi. 4WD is preferable for the steep driveway. Strictly adults only and no pets.

Lakeside Holiday Home Myalup

Tranquil Lakeside Retreat – Just 90 mins from Perth Escape the city and unwind in nature. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped native garden, the house has a relaxed coastal charm. Step outside to a stunning freshwater lake right on your doorstep. Enjoy the views or paddle around in one of the two kayaks provided. Enjoy the abundance of local wildlife and embrace the quiet calm of nature. Close supervision is required for young children near the lake. Strictly no parties allowed.

Overlock Park

Surrounded by state forest our 10 acre property is the perfect location to enjoy all the charms of Dwellingup, with direct access to both the Bibbulumn track (with the town centre a 15 minute walk away) and the South Trail mountain bike head. With an open plan, modern house that overlooks one of the two dams on the property, as well as a separate games room, fire pit, concrete scooter track, swing set and walking tracks around the property, there is something for everyone.

Murray River Retreat ... A beautiful riverside escape with six bedrooms, two separate lounge rooms and a family room, there is plenty of space for up to 12 guests. This off grid self contained couples retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated on the tranquil WA scarp with massive views of the stunning countryside and NO close neighbours. Slowly wake up and take in the 80km, 180 degree countryside views, all the way to the ocean, or wake up quickly with a dip in the expansive farm house swimming pool. Breakfast is included, and your host is a professional chef, providing a feast for your enjoyment.
