Have fun with the whole family at this stylish accommodation in the heart of Yamba. The property is walking distance to town and the beach. Views to the river . Parking both front and back of the property. Park the car and walk to restaurants, cafes, pubs, the golf course, the bowls club, and amazing beaches. We do not allow large or loud parties and ask all guests to not be on the deck with loud music or people after 9pm. We ask you to respect our neighbours. There is no inside dining table.

Flat screen TV and chrome cast (hdmi2) Kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine , kettle , toaster, microwave, electric frypan, fridge & dining table. Undercover courtyard and BBQ . Bathroom with laundry. Walking distance to marina and awesome coffee shop. Minutes drive to Yamba Main Street (less than 2kms) and beautiful beaches. Boat ramp at the end of street. Quiet Family lives upstairs. No pets allowed as we have cats. Not on the beach.

Craigmore 2 @ Yamba - beach life at its best

Just a short walk from the the beach this home features a large front deck with ocean views and and courtyard out the back with inbuilt seating and a shaded pergola for chilling out around the pool. '' when you walk downstairs it feels like something fun going to happen '' thanks Oli , it can't be said better !. It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

Blue Back

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.
