Stay, play or work in a unique newly-renovated historic building in downtown Yakima. This 1,000 sf condo is on the 2nd floor with a private secure entrance and stair access. The unit has 2 queen beds, full-sized LG kitchen appliances, large walk-in tiled shower, washer/dryer, and balcony. Many of Yakima's finest restaurants, theaters and amenities are in a 2-3 block radius. Only an hour from White Pass Ski Resort and short drives to local wineries. Downtown walkability at it's best.

Come enjoy our hometown known for CWU, outdoor recreation, the Ellensburg Rodeo, and our beautiful downtown. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. House is less than four miles from CWU, less than 1 mile from I-90. 40 miles from the Gorge Amphitheater or 30 from Suncadia Resort. Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Franklin Park Home with Huge Pool and Hot Tub

Great home in Yakima's Barge-Chestnut Neighborhood. Perfect for large groups, business travelers, wedding groups, wine tasting trips, all while overlooking Franklin Park. We have a brand-new remodeled kitchen and access to a pool shared with our home. With four bedrooms, and two bathrooms and is fully furnished, you will have a great time. Go for a nice walk or take the kids down to the park. Five minutes from C. Yakima.
