The interiors have been designed by a well known (local) interior designer to enhance the canerian ambience, and exteriors by a specialist architect from Mallorca, and spread over 375 sqm 4036 sqf of garden terraces and sunshaded chill out areas including a mature subtropical/Palm gardens, a private Infinity swimming pool 3.00 wide x 5.50 long, plus 150 Cm to 170 cm deep, heated in winter/autumn/early spring with a featured covered lounge terrace and large L shaped daybed/garden sofa, coffee table, and subdued led garden and overhead lighting , a wind protected sunbathing terrace , with sun-loungers and designer sunshades with rustling palm trees with wild nesting canaries, overlooking the coastline and islands of Lobos, and Fuerteventura. A profesional lava stone barbecue (Gas fired) has just been installed, which gives a special BBQ flavoured food, on the special lowering grill for optimal cooking conditions. Full heating and air conditioning in bedrooms and Lounge. “le chefs” kitchen is designed with large picture windows, lush garden and sea views, fully equipped for your dream cuisine dining experience. Plus an Italian professional fully automatic coffee machine, for your instant latte’s and expresos “one touch”operation, supplied with a full hopper of 100% high roast arabica coffee beans. Le logement "Nemo" est un studio dans une ancienne bâtisse canarienne, dans le village de Las Breñas, à 10 minutes des plages de "Papagayo" et de Playa Blanca. Elle possède une salle de bain privée, kitchenette (non pour cuisiner) lit double en mezzanine 1m40, toilette privée et petit salon tv. L'équipement se compose d'un wifi, micro-onde, machine à expresso et petit frigo dans le patio. Pour les séjours de 2 nuits une participation de 20€ pour le nettoyage vous sera demandé.
