Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

We warmly invite you to stay at our cozy seaside cottage in one of the most ideal locations along the Yachats oceanfront – just steps away from the northern end of the spectacular 804 Trail where it meets a seven mile stretch of sandy beach. Enjoy the tranquil view of the Pacific Ocean from the comfort of the living room or while relaxing on the oceanside deck, with prevailing ocean winds mitigated by a sheltering grove of spruce trees.

We love our home and know you will as well. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. We have a Great Dane and know very well that you can't leave a family member at home. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
