The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all your needs, bathroom, queen bed and a sofa bed where easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. Air conditioning, air purifier & electricity generator. It’s a great value. No smoking, no pets & has parking spot.

Our home has all the comforts needed to have a memorable time. The area is peaceful and located near restaurants and shopping and about 15 minutes to beaches. It’s about 45 minute drive from San Juan.

New apartment very comfortable, very clean. **New just added WASHER/DRYER** Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
