Villa is located in a quiet area of Ayia Thekla, just 2km away from a beautiful sandy beach and tavern. The ground floor of the property has a spacious open plan living room, dining and kitchen areas, with access to a covered patio, garden area and pool; one bedroom with sofa-bed and bathroom. The first floor includes 3 bedrooms with en-suit bathrooms. Master bedroom has access to the balcony with Liopetri river view. Palm View Villa - with Private Heated Pool!

Our villa is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa itself offers a private heated pool (April - Nov), comfortable beds , fast fibre broadband and plenty of space to unwind outside and enjoy our warmer climate. The location is walking distance to the rustic unspoilt beaches of Ayia Thekla and the pretty river location, Potamos. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ayia Napa (Landa, Nissi etc.) are just a 10 minute drive away, a great spot to get out and explore Cyprus from!

Country View Bungalow

Country View Bungalow is in the traditional village of Xylofagou. Fully equipped with everything you need including large open plan kitchen, diner and lounge, two bedrooms (one with an ensuite) a large bathroom and a beautiful garden with pool, loungers and outside seating. Just 30 minutes from Larnaca Airport, 15 minutes from Ayia Napa & the many blue flag beaches on this coast. Car hire is recommended but the bungalow is within walking distance of supermarkets, tavernas, banks & bakeries.
