This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

We’ve built this beautiful treehouse above ground to fully enjoy the views of Lake Atitlan, the Volcanoes and Mountains. This Guesthouse is perched amongs the trees, summerge in the tropical lush gardens with exclusive views. A studio designed treehouse that has everything you need to enjoy your stay comfortably with high vaulted ceilings, a wrap around deck, private bathroom and a kitchenette. This lovely floating house is perfect for couples, singles or friends.

Lakeview Lodge

Serenity, nature and lush landscapes meet luxury here at Lakeview Lodge, nestled between the two Mayan villages of San Marcos La Laguna and Tzununa. It is perfectly suited for those who long for tranquility and privacy. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Tula, 2 bedroom villa with balcony/lake views

This idyllic property is a true hidden gem that will steal your heart with its timeless beauty and peaceful atmosphere. A 5 minute walk from the town square, Casa Tula is nestled in its own private courtyard garden (with fountain) on a gentle South-facing slope that boasts breath-taking views. The house has tall ceilings and fine furnishings with conveniences like strong Wifi, bathtub, lockable walk-in-closet, hot/filtered water and washing machine.

Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lake Front Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

Cabaña rustica en la montaña, alojamiento único, muy cerca de la ciudad. La cabaña es bastante pequeña pero contamos con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y bastante espacio exterior para disfrutar del campo. Se encuentra en área segura. Contamos con área para fogata. La mayor parte de la construcción y decoración es con elementos naturales, reciclados y detalles rústicos.

Wake up in your king-sized bed to one of the most amazing views in the world. Enjoy a swim “beneath” the volcanoes and hang out on the dock. Relax and enjoy the tranquility or get out and explore. Take a walk to one of the neighboring villages or explore the lake by boat. At the end of the day settle back with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset.

Cabana de madera de 45mts 2 totalmente equipada, se encuentra en una colina con acceso al lago, vistas impresionantes al lago de Atitla. el area del complejo son 3 hectareas de terreno con acceso directo al lago, la propiedad esta divivida por el camino que conduce a san marcos. hubicado a 400 mts de la entrada del pueblo.

El Cuchitril

Es un espacio crudo y rústico que fue creado originalmente como horno rudimentario para cocinar ladrillos, ahora es un acogedor espacio con paredes originales de adobe y una pérgola con ventanales para recibir a invitados de todas partes del mundo.
