The house is ideally located with an array of activities close by: Lake Eppalock 5 minutes away for all water activities. Heathcote Park Raceway is 15 minutes away and is a great venue for drag racing enthusiasts. The popular Axedale Golf Club is also 15 minutes away and is a fantastic course for the avid golfer. Heathcote wine country is only 30 minutes away and Bendigo, a short 15 minute drive offers a multitude of activities including shopping, nightlife and rich art and history culture.

Kardinia Cottage offers guests a country stay on a working farm while only a short drive from the surrounding towns and regional centres. Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Studio 237 Private self contained Apt/Balcony

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.
