Sleeps up to 6 with a sleeper sofa, the master bedroom has an ensuite. Located in Kill Devil Hills the Sea Oats condominiums are centrally located to all OBX. Gone Coastal perfect location with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the first floor with private stairs to the back deck with sliding doors to access the Condo from the pool or Beach.

The beach is only steps away, indoor pool & hot tub are open year round, outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/25/2026 - 10/31/2026. This unit is along the side of the condo with only a small ocean view from the balcony. Free parking for 3 cars. Sheets &towels provided. Drip coffee maker & Keurig available. 1/2 mile to the Wright Brothers Monument. Grocery stores and restaurants all within 1 mile.

Welcome to The Cabin, our little log cabin at the beach in the Outer Banks. We stumbled on to the cabin and fell in love! Over the course of a year we lived in & renovated this wonderful home. It was our hope to create a space that feels warm, inviting & unique. The final result was a space that we loved sharing with friends and family, and now we are thrilled to be able to share it with our guests. We are so happy to welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Small Cottage located on the sound side. Home has a simple modern vibe with an outdoor wood burning fire pit and hot tub, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Just a 3 minute drive to the beach or a public sound access. Road connects to bay drive, which is a sound front road that leads from Kill Devil Hills to Kitty Hawk. Perfect for biking or just bypassing the summer traffic. Home is also centrally located to shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. You don’t want to miss this!

The Salty Mermaid~within steps of the beach

Only 500 feet away from the Ferris Avenue beach access. MP 8. Our house was completely renovated in 2020. It is outfitted with 3 smart tv's, cable, WIFI, washer and dryer, keyless entry, and outdoor living space. Our beach house has 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room off the master bedroom, with a desk we use as an office. This room does have an exterior door. 4th bedroom/studio is downstairs with separate entrance/separated from upstairs. IN SEASON BOOKINGS--Check-in Saturday only

The cottage is only a short 5 minute (3 if you're fast) walk to the beach where there is direct public access and a life guard stand. There is also a parking lot in case you would like to drop off the coolers and chairs. So, all you need to do is Relax and Enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks in this beach-themed, fully equipped cottage. Lots of personal touches and amenities to make you feel right at home.
