Blockhouse Life is a new sustainable community with net-zero designs built in Spokane's South Perry Street. We promote a sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle that creates a unique, memorable experience for our guests and our planet! Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

North Idaho Chalet

Nestled in rugged Black Bay Park, this centrally-located oasis is in the heart of Post Falls, walking distance to restaurants and breweries, yet feels like you're a million miles away. Enjoy a homey, well-appointed unit, featuring a gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, an office, even a loft. It's a beautiful, short walk from the property to the Spokane river. Just minutes to I-90. Short drive to downtown CDA or Spokane. Silverwood and multiple ski resorts all less than an hour.

River House Suite

This quiet couple’s getaway is located just steps away from the St. Joe River. The waterfront one bedroom suite is fully furnished, has covered deck, landscaped property with dock. Located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries. Explore the river by kayak, take a swim, or relax on the deck enjoying this little slice of heaven. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. We are exempt from hosting service or emotional support animals.

Welcome to Lone Pine Lakehouse, your Cave Bay escape on Lake Coeur d’Alene! This 2-bed, 2-bath retreat with loft sleeps 6 and features an open layout, full kitchen, Bosch appliances, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. Enjoy lake views from the deck, BBQ grill, and cozy propane heater. Includes access to kayaks, paddleboard, beach, launch, park, and golf cart. Private boat slip available by request. Just 35 minutes to Coeur d’Alene—perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Our home is centrally located between Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene & only 1.5 miles from parks, restaurants & bars located in the charming town of Post Falls. You will appreciate the privacy of this home and it's convenient location.

Cottage on a Ranch in Coeur d' Alene

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor. We hope you enjoy. Welcome to Seven Stars Ranch just 20 minutes from downtown CdA.

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Comfy private studio 8 min to downtown CDA!

Large private suite close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Light, spacious, quiet and very private and only a short scenic drive away from downtown. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
