We booked this as my father was in failing health. When he passed we asked for an extension and Kim graciously helped us out and we stayed through the funeral.

Nancy’s home provided us with all the essentials and beyond — everything you needed from appliances, linens, towels, dish-ware, utensils, amazing decor, beautiful fenced in backyard, games for our kiddos, and of course made us feel right at home with all the doggy pillows, signs, treat jars, and more. We couldn’t have found a better home or better host. Thank you, Nancy— You deserve all the praise and more!! Looking forward to returning soon!

This place was beautiful! Way better than the photos. Ryan was so polite and answered all my questions within 5-10 minutes no matter the time. It was do refreshing relaxing. The view was lovely and it overall just an amazing place 10/10 we would stay here again and again !

Outstanding communication and the stay was 100% as described. Beautiful place and the sites were amazing. I highly recommend Violet and her property! So very welcoming and clean! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

Imperia's place was the perfect walking distance to a nearby family gathering and a great location right in town with easy street parking and an amazing bakery right down the street. The apartment was spacious and spotless, and the eclectic decor was a fun counterpoint to historic Snow Hill. There is plenty of seating at a spacious kitchen counter, but no separate dining table. Imperia communicated well and was responsive to our questions and needs.

We stayed at Sandy Toes over Easter 2025 weekend. The accommodations were clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us plus 1 dog. The location is steps from the ocean. It is located on a side street, which made it a quiet stay. There was lots to do in walking distance... restaurants, ice cream, shopping, bars, and mini golf. I highly recommend staying here and planning on a return trip!

We were in town to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday It was very peaceful in the morning drinking a cup of coffee staring at the water in the backyard The home was perfectly located to several restaurants and to the ocean We enjoyed being on the bayside very peaceful The home was very clean with very detailed instructions on how to exit our stay We hope to use this spot once again for sure Thank you Todd for opening your home to others

Loved this little spot in Ocean City. Went for a girls weekend with my sisters and Colleen’s place was perfect for our retreat. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance of the beach. Would stay here again!

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony looking at the bay and wildlife, very relaxing. The welcome bag was a lovely touch.
