A charming Grade 2 listed farmhouse from 1650, on the edge of an attractive village on Dorset’s beautiful Isle of Purbeck, close to its best beaches. The house blends historic charm with modern comforts, combining C20th design pieces, antique & vintage furniture, with a collection of international & locally created or inspired art. The grounds include a formal, walled garden & a fruit tree orchard at just under an acre, that runs down to farmland with uninterrupted views up to the Purbeck hills.

Cove Cottage

This picturesque cottage dates from the 18th Century and has been carefully renovated to provide modern comfort whilst retaining the property's original features. Just 2 minutes' stroll from Lulworth Cove, on England’s only natural UNESCO World Heritage coastline. Customise the bed layout - with the ability to swap 2 rooms from super kings to twins. Please note that we do not recommend this property for those with small children or mobility issues due to several flights of rather steep stairs.

Falcons Nest

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

The chalet has a large decking overlooking the sea, it’s a total escape…..it has 1 King Double bedroom with en-suite, & 1 twin, 2 shower rooms & fully fitted modern kitchen/living area which opens onto the large decking area and panoramic views of the sea… to the left is Lulworth Cove, to the right the Isle of Portland, amazing sunrises and sunsets!

One of 2 huts, each with off road parking and shared access path down steps to private facilities. Located in a secluded spot behind our family home. A self contained hut including a double bed, kitchen with multi cooker, wood burner and ensuite bathroom including hot shower and state of the art composting toilet. Small enclosed garden.
