Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

It comfortably sleeps two in a beautiful King size bed , it has a lovely kitchen for nights when you want to stay in and is centrally located on a quiet street at Spooky Beach, Angourie.
