Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

This 3 bedroom home includes a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet and large vanity. Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

‘Alba’ - delightful home with large sunny deck

We are opening up our cherished holiday home! I bet you will love it. Our house is designed and set up with a healthy nod to the classic twentieth-century Australian beach house. It is a spacious feel with high ceilings. So it is airy, light-filled and full of character. We have built much of it ourselves with recycled timbers and carefully selected vintage pieces.
