This cozy 650 sq ft Pacific Northwest cottage is set in the garden away from the street .Shade & sun. It is a complete home. Eclectic decor includes antique bathroom, claw foot tub with optional shower, an open kitchen you can really cook in, coffee nook & a dinning room area, full living room, bedroom, closets etc. Private drive & parking. The bus stops in front. Neighborhood has lots of trees, views of snow capped mountains, short drives to beaches, international restaurants. 12 mi to Seattle.

Made for a very special overnight, and with everything necessary for a longer-term stay. Fully remodeled, everything is new, and a heat pump with air conditioning to get you at the perfect temperature! A full backyard, and lots of room for our four legged little friends. We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Close to the Edmonds ferry, this daylight basement space with a view of the Puget Sound is light and airy, with a full fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, private patio & firepit, small "kitchen" area with limited cooking equipment, and private separate entrance. Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).
