We've provided beautiful linens, personal touches, and a clean space so you can enjoy your time in this perfect Seattle home base.

This remodeled apartment is only one block from downtown Edmonds! The Saturday farmers market is out your front door. You are 2 minutes away from coffee shops, amazing restaurants, the beach, the ferry, and more! The rental has everything you will need for up to 4 people to enjoy their trip to Edmonds, Washington. The local transit is one block away. Please note: Unit has a pick-a-boo water views from the front door, and is on top 3rd floor REQUIRING 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS - NO elevator. NO PETS.

Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Richmond Beach Guest Suite -walk to beach!

Private guest suite in Richmond Beach neighborhood. Sunny apartment two blocks from Saltwater Park, playground, tennis courts, corner store, and local restaurants. Seattle is about 20 minutes away, with a bus stop a block away for easy downtown access. Great for the FIFA World Cup — Light Rail access 1.9 miles away with direct service to Lumen Stadium. Includes a comfy queen bed, walk-in closet, full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a private entrance.
