The Birds Nest on Route 66

Holbrook is a charming town in the heart of Route 66. My family has lived here our whole lives and love our town. We have a two story home with with a birds eye view of Holbrook and The historic Wigwam Hotel that was the inspiration for the Cozy Cone Motel in Disney’s Cars movie. The downstairs is for our guests and is comfortable, cozy and clean. We are 20 minutes to a four hour drive to The Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Four Corners National Monument, Sedona and much more

“Ranch House” Family Friendly-Ample Parking

Enjoy this cozy, well decorated 1000 sq ft ranch house Built in 1948 this home (The Jones Ranch) was surrounded by grazing land and now is located in the heart of Holbrook. Walking distance to shopping, historical walking tour, Rt 66, dog park, great eateries, movie theater, historical museum and nice play park. You can make this your base for visiting the Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Navajo Reservation, Meteor Crater, Canyon de Chey, Hubbel Trading Post, Sedona Red Rock Country and more.

This is where Giants walked about & before that the dinosaurs It's located close to the stunning Painted Desert, is only 20 miles south of the amazing Petrified Forest, on the way to the Grand Canyon. This area is the gateway to many world class sites.yet is completely secluded & secure. It's easy to locate on a highway with no traffic.

Pinedale/ShowLow Cabin

This is the perfect place to come to rest and relax. We have board games,puzzles & books inside as well as yard games outside. Nearby forest land is less than a half mile away, plenty of room for riding horses or quads. There are neighbors, however, we do not have the noise of traffic or loud music. The most noise we usually hear is the occasional elk bugling near by in the woods or the moo of a cow from a neighboring farm. On a clear night you will be able to see a billion stars in the sky.

Stay in a rural, cozy cabin just 30 minutes south of Route 66. The Petrified Forest as well as local lakes, streams, and the White Mountains are just a short drive away. Situated amongst pine trees, this private, single-level guesthouse for 2 (plus 1 infant) offers comfort, privacy, and a taste of nature. Your 30-pound or less, well-behaved dog is welcome and will enjoy a fenced yard. A microwave, frig, Keurig, toaster oven, and outdoor griddle are provided for your convenience.

Cottage located 10 minutes from both Show Low and Snowflake. A getaway with picturesque views of the Shumway valley. While lounging on the porch, paint a picture of the rolling pasture and the winding Silver Creek while listening to sounds of braying horses, chirping birds, and wind whistling through trees. Pets welcome! Patio seating and fire pit available (when not under fire restrictions). Recommend pets on leash while outside due to neighboring sheep dogs and working farm.

This is a cozy little 2 bedroom cottage on a quiet street located in the heart of Snowflake. It has been recently remodeled and has a new feel. It has a small peaceful back yard with a covered porch and a small fire pit. Because of it's location it is great for walks around town and a close drive to shopping. Please be aware that smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol or animals are not allowed on the property. If this is a problem, please seek other accommodations.

Railway Stop - Stay in a piece of History

Built in 1940, close to the train station. This historic building was first built and used as a Chicken restaurant to feed the hungry passengers traveling through one of the busiest train junctions in the west. Being right on old Route 66 this building changed it's face from restaurant to barber shop, Boot and leather repair shop, hair salon and now a place you can bring your family to stay and experience the railway through America
