The Eden Reserve is a luxurious villa set on 4 acres of breathtaking scenery in Swan Valley, near Perth. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features four spacious bedrooms, a study, a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a scenic lookout. The sofa bed in the study will only be prepared if there are 9 or 10 guests. For 8 or less, let us know if the sofa bed is required—an additional fee applies. Or if you feel like a stroll, Fremantle is an easy 20 minute walk. A cute wooden cabin with double glazed windows & door, when you close the door the silence is amazing. Situated behind our residence, we respect your privacy and only interact by chance and by request. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate PETS
