All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 12 mins away , with supermarket and a choice of places to eat at or get a takeaway. A base for mountains, lakes or beach 2 hr from Queenstown, 45 min from Invercargill, 1hr 10 mins from Te Anau, 35 min Riverton beach.

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. Perfect for couples- our cottage is not suitable for children.
