Guests have recognised the magic of this location close to Perth’s pristine beaches, vibrant CBD, charming Fremantle or native gardens and city views from Kings Park all within easy reach. There's a range of delightful eateries and activities (public golf course, olympic pools/beach) just a short walk or drive away. Free private parking is available in your own fully secure garage.l

The West Wing

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and own living/dining, as well as its own bathroom and laundry facilities. Linen including beach towels, is supplied. There is a stunning swimming pool and guest have use of a barbecue and outdoor wok. The apartment is part of our family home (we live in the main residence), but is completely self contained with access through your own lock up garage or via a sliding door into the living room. Only 5 minute drive to Perth's best beaches.

One Bedroom, Queen size bed, very comfy. Separate recently renovated Bathroom with Shower, vanity and Toilet, combined living, very comfy lounge, eating area with table. Full kitchen with all utensils. Fully furnished and equipped, 2 Air Con units, one in bedroom and one in living area. Swimming Pool and BBQ, large outdoor area for guests use. The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.

We have a friendly dog as well.

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).
