Within walking distance to great cafes and restaurants, our regional gallery, the Western Plains Cultural Centre and the Dubbo Regional Theatre & Convention Centre. It’s also just a short 10 minute drive to the Taronga Western Plains Zoo.

Caroo Cottage

The Caroo cottage is a well built shack that provides all the necessities that you'll need. From grabbing a cuppa to fishing down on the banks with the kids, it really reveals nature in the best way. From the sunrise to the sunset. Shower and toilet are external access only. It has access to wifi for all your technology needs. Pets are aloud but they are NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE COTTAGE OR BATHROOM!!! If you would like fishing rods please advise in a message. Enquire for early check in!

“The Shed” Fully self contained with 2 bedrooms

The shed is a converted garage. It is along side our home. We are 6 kms from the town limits of Mudgee. Important things to note: The shed shares a house yard with us and our 3 dogs are in the yard. They are very friendly but do bark. The shed has 2 small bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed the other with a double bed. There is a shower that is accessed by getting in the bath. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO STEP IN THE BATH TO SHOWER AS PER PHOTO

Peppercorn Cottage 2831

You’ll love my place because its located in a quaint village where you can unwind, go for walks, eat in or out or enjoy visiting Shoyen Gardens, Zoo, Wellington Caves, live show (DRTCC) or the cultural centre. You could be wanting somewhere special to stay for a night, a few days weeks or months. The cottage has all modern comforts & is a contemporary interior. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travellers. Pet fee $15 per pet / per night.

The Ponderosa Farm Stay

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. We have 120 aces of mainly farming land with horses , chickens , cats and dogs. If you like fishing then you are welcome to catch a few on the Macquarie river which is on the property. Our horses are all trotters who are all trained here on our track. The accommodation is fully fenced and we are pet friendly. We do prefer dogs to stay outside and are definitely not to be left unattended inside the tiny house.

The studio is nestled on the outskirts of Dubbo, only a quick drive to the city centre and local attractions. This cosy 1 bedroom studio fitted with reverse A/C for your comfort, kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The king bed can be easily converted into 2 singles if required. Please let know if you would prefer 2 single beds. Portable cot available.
