Erowal Cottage at Jervis Bay

Cool, very spacious and super relaxed retro style cottage. Filled with travel treasures mixed with funky and functional retro stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

Enjoy a swim in the pool while taking in the view of the river and stunning mountain ranges In the cooler months toast marshmallows on the fire pit and enjoy the warmth of woodburning stove.

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. My little guesthouse has been listed on Airbnb for 9 years now. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to shops/cafes/restaurants. Minutes to the beach. It boasts its own hot tub exclusively for guest use. I charge no cleaning fees which means my guests save big dollars. Other features include fire pit, outdoor kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine & Wifi. The yard is fully fenced and the property is per friendly.
