A raft, canoe, paddleboards, kayak, two outside hosting decks and a lovely hammock are waiting for you!

A cozy, rustic studio cabin located just off Black River Lake, perfect for a couple or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The cabin includes a heat pump and A/C, a T.V., basic kitchen with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and sink, along with a private shower & washroom. Please note that the cabin has a composting toilet. The public dock and boat launch are just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the lake for swimming, boating, fishing or simply relaxing by the water.

Cabin at St. Margaret's Bay

We invite you to our new cabin in peaceful Boutiliers Point - an ideal spot for an out-of-city vacation and outdoor activities. It is located just 30 minutes from downtown Halifax. We are minutes from the ocean, where you can find a beautiful small beach and a wharf to fish off the pier. The cabin has a full pull-out sofa, a smart TV, WI-FI, heating and AC, a kitchenette, and a stall shower. The cabin can accommodate one traveler or a couple. A mattress can also be provided for a child.

My cottage is very modern and unique; it sits on a private 5 acre lot surrounded by woods overlooking Middle lake with stunning sunrises. Enjoy being engulfed by nature with the comfort of everyday amenities including a hot tub and even an arcade with over 800 retro games! The dock and canoe at the lake are available for use during the summer months but will be removed in October until spring. Ski Martock/Ontree, Bent Ridge Winery are within a 10min drive from Chalet Hamlet.

Tucked into our coastal property, this smaller cottage offers a simple, cozy stay near the ocean. The self-contained space includes a queen bed, compact dining area, kitchenette (fridge, sink, and two-burner cooktop), and private bathroom with shower. Guests enjoy access to the property and private beach, just outside Halifax near Peggy’s Cove, Mahone Bay, and Lunenburg. Please note: This cottage is close to the road and parking area, so some noise may be heard.
