This apartment is located on the second floor and is one of three Airbnbs offered. The main room is spacious with a luxurious queen bed, dining table/chairs and a 55” smart tv. The kitchen is nicely equipped for meal prep or a cup of coffee, tea or cocoa. The pantry is nicely furnished. Our garden is open for enjoyment with lodge pole rocking chairs, fire pit and table for outdoor dining. Our family friendly home is 2 blocks to shopping and dining on Main St., close to the local coffee shop and grocery store, as well as many local attractions. The Goldendale Observatory, Presby Museum, Maryhill Museum and Vineyard, Stonehenge Memorial and St. John the Forerunner Monastery and Bakery are great places to explore and are about 15 minutes away. Our home is THE spot to stay while on your next adventure.

The property includes a walking trail, 8 hole frisbee golf, farm animals, farm fresh eggs, and ranch raised beef.

Charming and Eclectic Historic Red House

You are invited to stay in a Klickitat County landmark, listed on both the state and federal registers of historic places. The Red House built for the ‘Horse King of the Northwest’ Charles Newell and his wife Mary in 1890, is now a distinctive vacation rental. The Red House’s three stories are furnished with art, antique/vintage finds, colored glass windows, original ornamental trim, fresh linens and comfortable beds.
