The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Pelican cottage is located on the ocean water front of Pelican Lagoon, a Marine Park facing East/North. It is 4kms to the Town of American River and 5 kms to Pennington beach. The charming, historic cottage has a front bedroom overlooking Pelican Lagoon where you will enjoy the views over our native garden and onto the water .Second bedroom views to the garden. Cook in the well equipped kitchen. There is a Separate bathroom. Sit on the deck and view wildlife, sunrises, moon rises,ocean view .

Bayview Apartment is part of Emu Bay Holiday Homes. It is attached to the main house of Amani, but totally private with own entrance and parking and specially sound proofed walls. The apartment offers spectacular views over Emu Bay beach and farm lands. It is a very comfortable stay with queen size bed, own bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette with coffee, tea, sugar and basic condiments, a lounge area with TV/DVD and own BBQ on the patio. Comfy chairs on the patio to enjoy the magic view.

The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.
