Welcome to our Cozy Second-Floor unit in downtown Burlington, VT! Located in the historic Old North End, this private apartment is upstairs in our 200 year old house! The space is quirky but offers comfort and convenience. It’s a short walk to great food, drink, and entertainment, and a 15 minute walk from the Church Street Marketplace. Warm and inviting space, thoughtfully designed with books, games, smart TV to accommodate guests and pets for a comfortable stay. Massage available downstairs!

*New art! It hasn’t been photographed but it’s on the walls! Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! A sauna, cold plunge, bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

NEW! Very roomy 600 sq ft suite in quiet neighborhood, walking distance of 5-corners, 5 miles to Burlington. Vaulted ceiling, sky lights, extra large windows and a sliding glass door (leading to a balcony) make for a very bright and comfortable space! Walk in closet, full bathroom (2 sinks) and a brand new king-size bed. Kitchenette area that has refrigerator/freezer, new coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and 2-burner cooktop suitable for simple meal cooking. Private entrance.

Spacious guest suite nestled in a quiet family neighborhood, private entrance, use of shared deck with seating overlooking backyard. King bed and full kitchen with all necessities. Centrally located within minutes to all Colleges, UVM Med Ctr, Down Town Burlington, Lake Champlain and Golf Courses. This entire property is non-smoking; including tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarettes.

The English Basement In-Law Suite

Enjoy the peace and privacy of your own beautifully-appointed basement suite! The entrance is not regularly used by our family and you can come and go as you wish. The suite includes modern lighting, a bathroom with a jet tub, a kitchenette and breakfast bar, and covered parking.
