This home features sweeping views of Lake Winnebago, huge open rooms, outdoor hot tub with a lake view and convenient lake access. Bedrooms have king or queen beds, two with additional bunk beds plus an open bonus room with a sleeper sofa brings the sleeping total to 12 adults. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are brand new! High-end appliances, tiled bathrooms, large jetted tub, and even a Laundry room that was used for a Speed Queen washer/dryer shoot. 4 miles to EAA, close to downtown.

This newly renovated lake home has it all! From the lake house you see beautiful views of Lake Poygan. Enjoy relaxing by the fire pit, or playing in the water with the kayaks, paddle boards, and kids water toys! The lake house has a dock to keep a Tritoon & up to 2 jet skis. Enjoy your meals on the grill at the outdoor dining area or inside dining area, both with views of the lake! Plenty of board games are stocked for adults & kids, and Smart TVs in both bedrooms & living area for rainy days!

Less than 2 miles from the EAA fairgrounds! Enjoy this cozy, waterfront cottage with full recreational room including a pool table, dart board, TV, and bar with refrigerator, backyard patio facing the water, multiple docks to fish from or park your boat, comfortable mattresses, pillows, and comforters, and plenty of parking. A boat ramp is located 1/4 mile away. An excellent supper club and a new sports bar are only a few minutes walk away. Located on a channel connected to Lake Winnebago.

Gorgeous Cabin Vibes Home w/ Pond! Close To Lake!

Beautiful cabin feeling home with a huge pond and yard! Great for Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties, Family Birthday Gatherings, or Random Getaways! Paddle boards, swim rafts/tubes, outdoor and indoor games, and wood for firepits included! Spacious outdoor dining space with fireplace by the pond and propane grill (propane and grilling tools included)! Pond is swimmable and is shared with neighbors, but are rarely out at the same time (due to dry past year - pond water level is low)!
