Jane responded fast to text messages. very kind, offered to tell about restaurants and local entertainment. I had an issue with the door ( operator error ) called Jane and she called me back to see if i was able to fix the issue, which was a simple fix. I will definitely make sure I reserve there again when I go back into town if available.

Beautiful place, perfect for a girls’ weekend! The Airbnb was gorgeous, super cozy, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. We had such a fun and relaxing time—especially hanging out by the pool! Honestly, we regret not booking an extra night. Everything was clean, well set up, and just what we needed. The host even left us a sweet gift bag, which was such a thoughtful touch. Would totally stay here again!

We had an absolutely perfect Labor Day weekend at this incredible house! The place was spotless, and the pool was a hit with everyone—especially with all the fun toys provided. The property is clearly well-maintained, and the attention to detail shows. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. This home is perfect for friends, family, and kids. We will definitely be booking another stay. Highly recommend!

This rental was perfect for a family with young kids. The kids had so much fun with the infinity table and arcade. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but also conveniently located next to plenty of stores and restaurants. Felicia always responded quickly to me and was very friendly. The amenities were very thoughtful and thorough for anything you might forget to pack (night lights, charging cords, fully stocked laundry room, etc.). We visited at a colder time of year, so we didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub, but still managed to have plenty of fun hanging out in the house.

The house is beautiful inside and out, Mack and Sam were great at communicating. The beds were comfortable, and spacious. We like how everything was set up. Great hosts they had a yummy wine bottle for us when we arrived. We would definitely stay there again and we recommend it 100%

Very cosy and calming place just one street away from the riverfront at Edgewater. The place was spotless and very comfy. The beds had amazingly pretty linen and the kitchen was spotless and well stocked. Thank you for a super memorable stay.

Great little house. Like others have said, the bathroom is small but that is not a deal breaker. Bed was comfortable. Garage was an excellent feature. Plenty of cooking utensils, coffee cups, spices, etc.

The pictures did the place no justice . Absolutely beautiful and very clean and spacious would definitely recommend!

Walter is a rockstar replier to messages. He is faster than anyone could ever expect. The backyard screened in area was very enjoyable. There is a slight smell that goes through the place from the basement, but upstairs it wasn't very apparent. The bathroom is nicely renovated, it has a shower curtain and a shower curtain over the window in the bathroom. The king size bed is very soft, and the smaller bed is very firm. All just things someone may want to know. Such a nice location and a great price!

Highly recommend once again! We appreciate Ben letting us stay here again and will definitely try and stay here when in the area.

Staying at Becca’s gorgeous home was such a peaceful respite for a few nights. I was only in Rockford for 3 full long work days. Having a quiet place to unwind, cook meals (with plenty of counter space) and rest before each exhausting day was such a relief. The home itself has so much unique character I enjoyed just admiring its details. Becca also put so much love and care into turning this into a place people enjoy spending time in and feel at home in. The sitting areas are all comfy, from the tv area to the sun room, to the chairs for enjoying a slow coffee. I really appreciated the room darkening shades and curtains and super comfy beds for solid sleep. I loved the openness and light and decor and the pour over coffee setup. :) I highly recommend staying here vs hotels, this was a huge improvement from my last work trip. I think it would be great for families or 2 couples since it has 2 lovely bedrooms. I honestly had a hard time saying goodbye! Thank you Becca!

Marco's place was a pleasant find in Rockford. I was not expecting to find a house as nice as Maro's. My family thoroughly enjoyed all parts of this home. A must if staying in Rockford. I would definitely stay here again.

There were several hiccups with our booking, but Kemisha kept giving us options so that we would still have a roof over our heads. Ultimately, we ended up back where we had originally booked. Kemisha was extremely transparent, responsive and very professional. We would definitely work with her again.

Such a great house and host!

I don't think I've ever stay in such a quiet and serene place. The trees and greenery around were stunning. ( My kind of place). This is a cute and cozy place to visit. Be warned it's hard to leave!

Ben’s place was exactly what I needed for a getaway to myself. It was nice and quiet with everything I needed right there. I was able to work with ease on my laptop. There is a nice walking park on the river nearby that is beautiful. Just keep in mind the season you visit. This home is on a street with blooming trees, so if you have allergies avoid the spring. Other than that I felt comfortable having the windows open to enjoy the nice weather.

Perfect spot for 1 or 2 people. House very clean and all appliances worked well. It was my first time staying at an Airbnb, and I know I will not go back to hotels and motels when I travel. Having all amenities of home at a lower rate than a hotel is fantastic! And Tamara was quick to respond to any question I had. Would highly recommend staying with her!

A group of girls and I stayed here for a conference. Very clean and felt comfortable at home! It was perfect for the 5 of us. Beautiful place. Quiet neighborhood. We just may make this place our annual stay for Women’s conference every year!

Ron and Lisa, I loved the house! The house was a big hit to all my family and friend. It was the perfect place for me to have my 70th birthday party. The house was beautiful , clean and roomie. It passed all my expectations. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed touring the house and learning about it's history. Thank you so much for everything, the wine was delicious. The place was great. Lonut was easy to communicate with and he was very accommodating of our needs. The grill and porch were great additions to the home.
