We had a fantastic stay in this lovely shack in Beaumaris. Polly and Alex were wonderful to communicate with, everything was so easy and we had everything we needed. The house was lovely with a big secure yard for our puppy to play in and the location was just perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay on Tassie’s east coast.

We loved everything about Sandpiper Ocean Cottage. We’ve know the beach for many years and love all it has to offer. To be able to stay right on the beach, in a lovely well appointed and comfortable cottage in great grounds, with gracious and welcoming hosts, made for a perfect weekend away. We will be back for sure.

Felt like I could just stay forever at Amelia’s place. Was exactly as described and the location was more beautiful than I could imagine. The home itself was very cute and had everything and more to feel at home. Lots of room to move around. I absolutely loved the serenity of the outdoor bath - candles and bubbles are ready to go. Sitting under the stars with a glass of wine listening to the ocean waves was blissfully relaxing. A short 5 min drive into Swansea for any supplies (IGA and Boutique Bottle shop) and quick bite at the local pub. I would love to visit again.

The house was perfect for a lovely relaxing week away with a young family. The fully fenced backyard overlooking the reserve was a perfect backdrop to enjoy the peace and quiet of Scamander. We walked to the river each day, played on the large open space outside the back fence. The fireplace was a nice change of pace. Thanks for having us

We enjoyed our stay in Falmouth — Scamander was our absolute favourite family spot with the cafe overlooking the playground and the most amazing beach for shells and wildlife spotting! Just gorgeous! Views from the main bathroom were lovely.

Excellent shack for large numbers of guests with main bed/ensuite separate to other bedrooms for separation from kids! Kitchen provisions, linen/towels were very well stocked, two fridges and great outdoor area. Access to beach and river at the back door and lovely river walk to cafe/pub. Highly recommend for extended family getaway including pets!

Jill’s place was a real gem! It’s in a fantastic location within walking distance to the main street and was very well appointed. All the beds were super comfy, the bathroom was large with great shower and separate toilet, and the living room was an ideal place to hang out after long days with large smart tv and great leather recliners! The kitchen was also well stocked with all appliances (including coffee machine!) and everything you need for nights in. Jill was so helpful and lovely to deal with also, and we can’t wait to return!

I would highly recommend Rene’s place for anyone visiting the East Coast of Tasmania. It was beautifully presented and had all the amenities one needs for a holiday. And it’s also pet friendly with a fully fenced garden.

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

Black+ Shack was great and matched the description perfectly. The pool was a treat and the fireplace worked beautifully. It suited our needs very well, and whilst the surroundings were quiet with not much around, that's exactly why we booked it. A great modern house with an awesome view in a beautiful part of Tassie.

We loved staying in Bicheno while visiting the Freycinet national park area. It’s a cute village with great coffeeshops. We appreciated our dinner at the Long Boat, the restaurant next to the motel complex. The apartment is brand new. The 2 bedrooms were extremely quiet and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were both beautiful and functional. Checking in and out was easy. We appreciated all the amenities available on motel ground. There’s a nice family beach just across the street. We had an amazing stay.

Piermont Retreat was a complete delight, from our greeting at the front desk of which was warm & friendly, to then the surroundings, amenities & the cottage was so perfect, the stone on the cottage, the decor, the kitchen, the welcome package was a lovely touch & comfort of every thing, the bed & linen so very comfortable & clean, our stay here has been the highlight of our 3 week trip so far, thank you Piermont what a treat.

Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee with uninterrupted ocean views was pure therapy for the soul. No neighbors, no noise—just you, the sea, and serenity. It’s the ultimate escape for anyone craving peace, beauty, and total relaxation. We didn’t want to leave!

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und sofort eine nette Antwort und die Buchungsbestätigung bekommen. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Seaview ist absolut zu empfehlen.

I recently stayed at Hannah's place for the second time and had another wonderful experience. The accommodation has absolutely everything you need without any clutter. One of the highlights for me was the outdoor spaces, which are perfect for drying wetsuits, swimsuits, and other gear. The location is absolutely fabulous, offering amazing views that let you always know when the waves and wind conditions are right for outdoor activities. It's a very relaxing place to spend some time. Hannah's communication was quick and very helpful. She was easy to communicate with, and the whole process of checking in and out was simple and hassle-free. I'll always be booking as early as possible to make sure that I can secure this accommodation. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped spot to stay.

This was a great place for a family gathering of 2 couples, 4 singles and 3 children. We all found beds (with a bit of adaptability)over the 5 sleeping rooms The gathering areas were good also, with two slightly separate seating areas within the one big space so the chn could play on their screens away from us. The table tennis table was also a great hit. It was lovely that all 11 of us could sit around the dining table for meals. Outside sitting areas were also very comfortable. The beach was just a bit of a walk from the back door through a well defined bush track. Swansea provided a great IGA for meal prep and a nice coffee shop or two. A lovely holiday. Thank you Donnalee and Pete. You were great hosts.

Staying in the Driftwood Cottage was lovely…..quiet, tucked away in the sand dunes and within an easy drive to Swansea. On arrival we let ourselves in and discovered a beautiful little beach house. Clean, neat and providing everything we needed. Driftwood is within an easy drive of Freycinet National Park …. Where we explored The Friendly Beaches, Honeymoon Bay and the Cape Turnville lighthouse walk. Not to mention a stroll along Nine Mile Beach (3 minute walk) We picked up local fresh seafood for dinner and watched the sunset from the front deck. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Fred’s!
