Roast marshmallows around the fire... Grill up a feast on the wrap-around deck's year-round BBQ.

Enjoy BBQ and hot tub on the deck while you're at it! There is an additional home being built 200 yards from property - some construction and noise occur until August 2025. This rental consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - 1 large living areas - 1 large kitchen areas, 1 laundry and 1 large outdoor deck area. This is all on one level- no stair access. We have a caretaker that stays in a suite on the property that is secured and private from your rental. Local STR PERMIT 111-25 issued 2025 thru 2028
