We loved the house and will definitely be back. Lots of room in the house for catching up with friends. The golf cart was down for battery issues during our stay but Kyle was upfront about that the day I booked so we appreciated the notice he gave. Even without that, the home was great and well worth the stay.

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

I hosted a work team retreat there to watch an online conference and this was the perfect spot for it! There was plenty of space for everyone, everything you could need in the kitchen (so appreciate the Nespresso machine!), and really set the scene for a peaceful retreat. In the winter the lake is lower, but it's still beautiful. We even did a cold plunge! Grateful for a wonderful stay!

We had such a lovely stay for a quiet girls weekend. Sara was very responsive and the house was clean and worked perfectly for our group. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials and plenty of gathering spots available for snacking and meals. Being on the lake was a bonus and enjoyed sitting outside for sunsets and a nice fire on a cooler fall evening! We also enjoyed being 20 minutes from great hiking spots.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Matt was very accommodating and we were able to check in a little early. The home was very clean. The kitchen was stocked well with items you would need to cook as well as other items throughout the home such as shampoo and conditioner. Town was about 15 mins away, with a dollar general about 6 mins away. There were many beautiful waterfalls in the area to check out (Rutledge Falls and Old Stone Fort). Overall our experience was a 10/10. I would definitely visit again. Thank you Matt!

The decor was awesome! We had a great time relaxing and getting to meet our first grandchild! Sabrina was very responsive! The house felt like a home, the view was amazing of the mountain and river! Would not mind going again in the warmer weather! Overall our stay was a 10 out of 10! Just be careful driving to the home as there is an abundance of wildlife and a massive dog that likes to run out after cars! lol

This tiny home was absolutely perfect! The home itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. There were lots of little thoughtful details in the home. The view was unmatched! We loved the wall of windows with double open sliding glass doors and the screened in porch with the magnificent view of the lake. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Our host Elizabeth was very proactive with helpful hints and instructions. She was also very responsive anytime we reached out to her with questions. I would highly recommend this tiny home for your next getaway. We will definitely be back!

Amazing little getaway! Felt very nice to be in nature, was a treat waking up and enjoying all the beautiful bird songs. The river was lovely. The space was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Small personal touches like the moon pies and rc cola was very cute! 10/10

What a peaceful beautiful place to stay on the Tennessee River. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. Clean and roomy and had everything we needed . Would highly recommend

My fiancé and I came to visit the area because we were attending a dance competition for his daughters. The area is very beautiful. Mr. Gary was very kind and responsive. The weekend we attended had severe weather that came out of nowhere. We were sight seeing and he alerted us on what was going to happen and how to prepare for safety. Thank you Mr. Gary for the incredible service and hospitality.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful one bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment was incredibly spacious and provided ample storage, which made our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the space was outstanding—quite possibly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy the breathtaking view of the river, which made our time there truly special. While we had a fantastic experience overall, there were a couple of things we wanted to note for future guests. The apartment is located near a rather busy highway and we could hear traffic noise throughout the day and night. Additionally, because the property has adjoining apartments, we were a bit conscious of the sounds we made and the ones coming from neighboring units.

We really enjoyed this cozy apartment with a flare. The accent brick walls were kept of the original facade and it looks great! Comfortable bed and pillows! Next to everything we need. Just a note: three flights of stairs so not for the physically challenged. We would stay again!

Great place for a peaceful weekend getaway

What a beautiful property. A peaceful and comfortable stay at a high end Airbb. Wish they could all be at this comfort level. Host was very accommodating. Location was good for visiting sites. Highly recommended!

Teresa and Dan's Sewanee Cottage surpassed all our expectations! It was not only spotlessly clean and completely outfitted for our stay; every detail was provided for. The setting is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer and other wildlife from full length windows and the screened porch. The whole experience was delightful. Thank you, Teresa and Dan.

Great place to stay right on Tim's Ford Lake. You can walk to the boat ramp right behind the house or use the golf cars to access it. House was super clean. If you are going for a weekend on the water there is enough room to park a boat in the driveway and its 1 mile to the boat ramp! Will stay again!

Staying here made moving from out of state so much easier until we could get into our house

Cute cottage and neighborhood by the river. House was cozy and comfortable. Didn't get to spend a lot of time there as we were there in the area to work. The surroundings were very peaceful and beautiful!

Great home! Quiet! Very safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Comfy beds! Functional kitchen for cooking in. The restaurant that’s within walking distance was closed during our visit …but when it’s open, that’s a huge plus as it could cut down on travel. Just over an hour to Nashville… the lake was just coming back to life from the winter. Will definitely return! Great game room for kids to play! The basketball game was a hit!

The Clementine Cottage was perfect. It was cute, quaint, CLEAN, well outfitted with lots of nice extras. She had brochures on all the nearby activities. We fished, we kayaked, we sat around the fire pit, we enjoyed the screened porch. My only complaint would be that I mistakenly thought the cabin would be a little more secluded but even with that being said, it was quiet, it was serene, we enjoyed our long weekend very much and are talking about another trip there. And Gloria is a great hostess. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was.
