Studio is separate from our family home; it contains/includes: Queen-sized bed, Kitchenette; fridge, coffee machine, microwave, cook-top, toaster, kettle, sink. Bathroom contains a toilet, basin & shower (there are 2 steps into the shower). Single mattress available in case of an extra guest. TV, DVD player with movies, Split System A/C. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Swampgum Rise is suitable for singles, couples, families and groups. It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely. Special discount applies for more-than-one-nighters.
