Charming private cottage home located in The Oaks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the kitchen is fully functional, the living room has a TV and pull out couch. A beautiful and spacious 1BR/1BA cottage set in a secluded, landscaped backyard. Opens out onto a patio for relaxed outdoor dining. 14 minutes from FLL airport. Right in the middle of the beach, Las Olas Blvd, Sawgrass Mills Mall, and Wilton Drive. Many restaurants nearby. Walk a few blocks to Milk Money, a trendy local coffee shop. Sunrise Blvd is two short blocks away for fast access to the beach, the airport, Wilton Manors, and Miami. A large grocery store (Publix) is just two blocks away.

Beautiful 2-1 Cottage w Pool in Fort Lauderdale

This 1950’s Florida home recently renovated, newly decorated with midcentury style furniture, original hardwood floors, king size bed in the master bedroom, and queen size bed on the 2nd bedroom, and full-size sleeper sofa. Centrally located near downtown Fort Lauderdale close to the beach, Las Olas, Hard Rock. The Zen-like backyard with a swimming pool, synthetic grass w/putting green, fire pit, BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, night lighting, a private driveway and a cozy front entrance.

Enjoy a stay in a peaceful and quiet suite with a private and relaxing back yard. Also benefit from a private entrance. Microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker are available for your convenience. In short, four words to describe my place: Clean, Cozy, Quiet, and Very Private. We are 3.5 miles from Las Olas Blvd, 5.8 miles from the beach, 4.7 miles from FLL Airport, 5.3 miles from Hard Rock Casino, less than a mile from the interstate I-95, and about 5 miles from Port Everglades.

We invite you to be our guest in this beautiful, historic Key West style cottage. The Seminole River House at Sailboat Bend is located in Fort Lauderdale's historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood - close to everything! This 2 bedroom house features robes, Beekman 1801 bath products, Kuerig coffee maker, plush pool towels, heated pool and hot tub. The cottage is professionally cleaned between guests in accordance with stringent COVID-19 guidelines developed by Broward County.
