Welcome to your tiny house, Bungalow Casita! You'll be staying in our secondary unit, our studio guest house within walking distance to UC Davis Med Center, Broadway Triangle District, bike to Midtown, or a 10 min drive to Downtown. We are centrally located to all that Sacramento has to offer! Flooded with tons of natural light, our bright bungalow can accommodate a solo traveler or a couple/ friends for the weekend. Enjoy your easy entry, queen bed, fireplace, TV, and kitchenette. Stay with us!

Guest suite w/ private entrance

Space is attached to the main house with a locked door. Hosts live in the main house completely remodeled one bedroom one bath with a queen size bed and a private entrance. an abundance of amenities, including your own personal heat and A/C. Courtyard has a bistro set and swing. No access to the backyard. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. Located near old town, restaurants, wineries and our new Sky River Casino. Property also has ring cameras on porch and garage for added security.
