Modern, fresh, 400m to beach. The BEST beach house

This beautiful, modern beach house is just 5 mins walk to Ned Neales lookout and the wonderful Sandy Point beach. The house is just 6 years old and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size laundry and a lovely open plan kitchen/living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered deck. The kitchen is well kitted out with a Belling stove, microwave & dishwasher. Large tables both inside and out ensure there is space for everyone, perfect for a social getaway with family or friends.

The house features two expansive decked areas with oversized glass panelled doors connecting the upper deck seamlessly with the modern rustic open plan living space. Must climb stairs.
