This house is 1300 sf, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, eat-in kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, 2 burner hotplate, microwave and plenty of dishes and utensils. This cottage is attached to another house, so please note that the other side might be rented. Each unit has separate entrances and separate driveways, but always keep in mind that after 11pm, it should be quiet and peaceful.
