The historic Dorothy Clark House, built around 1907, is in the National Historic District of Kennett Square, PA. We are downtown in the heart of the walkable Kennett Square Borough! This twin home has been lovingly restored to reflect its early 20th century roots, while providing a cozy place to relax while visiting our quaint town. Come relax and enjoy our renovated and stylish home. You’ll be minutes from 95, the Riverfront, Union Street, Trolley Square and downtown restaurants and bars. A perfect place for a work trip, a girls/guys weekend, a visit to see friends or family, and for hosting a dinner party (which we love to do!). Our home is a block away from Canby Park, and is in the family-friendly neighborhood of Bayard Square. The house has all the conveniences you could need, and if you need something, just ask!

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Waterfront cabin home - 9+ private wooded acres

Gunpowder Cabin is a peaceful getaway set on 9+ wooded acres and a private drive in Northern Maryland, just an hour from Baltimore. With a half mile of hiking trails, and over 600 feet of frontage on Octoraro Creek, there are numerous options for taking in the natural beauty: warm up by our two firepits, lounge in a hammock, take a dip in the river, or fish for trout from the shoreline. A secluded retreat that feels remote, but moments from the civilization you came to escape.

The Cottage at Marsh Creek (with hot tub!)

Peaceful, renovated cottage with year-round hot tub less than a mile from Marsh Creek State Park and lake! 1 bedroom (with king size bed!), 1 bathroom The park has hiking, fishing & water sports. Close to great dining, breweries, coffee, & other activities, but far enough from town to feel relaxing & somewhat secluded. Dog friendly!
