Close to all the Hi Tech Companies on the Eastside. Perfect jump off location to visit places throughout the Seattle area. Cascade Mountains are just 50 min away. The Bungalow is a 450 sq. ft. Studio w/Private Entrance and No Shared Space located 3 blocks North of Rose Hill elementary school with plenty of street parking and close to Microsoft Campus, Downtown Redmond and Downtown Kirkland all within 3 miles of our Rose Hill Kirkland neighborhood. Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016.
