2nd Floor Apartment in Downtown Greenville with direct ATV and snowmobile access. Hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting all within a short drive. If you are a boater, there is a boat ramp one street over. When you aren't out exploring the north woods take a walk into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping! Located in the east cove, this apartment puts you in the middle of all the action! Especially during Fly-In and 4th of July celebrations, don't worry about parking since you're a walk away!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. This chalet is right on the ITS trail, nestled in the middle of a small lightly wooded lot in a rural setting. Enjoy the fire pit, bring your snowmobiles, bikes and trailers. The space is cozy with a 55" TV and small kitchen to prepare your meals. The bedroom is in the loft with catwalk opening up to a balcony. Enjoy access to year round outdoor activities as you are nearby Katahdin Iron Works/Jo Mary region and near Sebec and Schoodic lakes

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Whether you’re a hiker along the Appalachian Trail, ATVer, leaf peeper, snowmobiler, lake goer, or here to just get-away... you’ve come to the right spot! This modern apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen & dining area, living room, a BBQ grill, firepit, and two off-street parking spots!

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a hike down one of the trails out back, or swim in the cool clear water of the spring fed pond off the back porch. Cozy up during a storm by the fire with a good book, or wet a line on a clear morning off the back steps and catch supper! It’s all in one comfy cabin property to get away from it all. Only a few miles to Dover-Foxcroft, or Sebec Lake. Far enough away to get away, but close enough to the amenities and sights.

Enjoy your next family vacation on peaceful Garland Pond in Sebec, Maine. ATV trails, Ammenities, restaurants, movie theatre, shops are only a five drive into Dover-Foxcroft and Sebec Lake and Peaks Kenny State Park are only 15 minutes away. Monson, Greenville, Moosehead Lake are all within an hour drive. Hunters welcome also! This is a great central location to access all the outdoor adventures Maine has to offer!

Camp in the Woods

My place is in the woods ,sitting at the foot of Buker Mountain, elevation 1020 ft. A trail to the top of the mountain offers views of Sebec lake and surrounding mountains. The area is a great spot for hunting and fishing. Additional hiking is a short drive from the camp. It's a great place to unplug as internet is not available in the area.
