The Little Bunkhouse

Welcome to the LITTLE BUNKHOUSE. There is a field with pathways, a bridge to cross and camp site for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There is a challenging putting green. The bunkhouse has 1 queen bed with a small kitchen and bath. This is the place for a peacful getaway for relaxation and only 8 miles to the heart of Prescott. Plenty of hiking right accross the the main road and several small lakes for kayaking or picnicking just minutes away.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Private guesthouse on horse ranch in Chino Valley

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Mobile phone hotspots work well. No dogs allowed without advance approval. If you desire a week-long or more stay, send me a message & I’ll see if I can accommodate you at a discount.

NAN’S INN is a hidden gem located in the heart of Prescott. It is near the Courthouse plaza with shopping, good food, musical events & art shows on the square and famous whiskey row. Close by are the beautiful Granite Dells, Granite Mountain & Thumb Butte with their hiking trails, museums, Watson, Lynx and Willow lakes and the colleges (Prescott, Yavapai & Embry Riddle). There are many things to explore in Prescott and Nan’s Inn is a perfect spot to relax & unwind at the end of a busy day!

Welcome to our Downtown Bungalow! Nestled on the north side of downtown Prescott, this cozy home is perfect for any visit to Prescott & the surrounding area. Within 1 mile (walking distance) of the Courthouse Plaza, a local shuttle, shopping center, Sprouts & several restaurants. Many amenities are available to guests, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a home away from home, while you enjoy our lovely town. Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

Kirk's Kasita~NEW Guesthouse

Welcome to Kirk's Kasita; A brand-new private Guesthouse nestled in the beautiful pines of Prescott, AZ. Within minutes, you can be enjoying downtown Prescott, shopping, hiking and even swimming in the lakes. The Kasita is also very close to the airport and concert venues. We are perfect for a couples get-away, a small family running to a sporting tournament or just someone needing a little R&R. Our home is centrally located on 1.5 acres. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

The Little Red Cabin @ Ein Gedi Farm

This cozy cabin is located five miles from Prescott in beautiful Williamson Valley. The cabin is on a two acre family farm with a large vegetable garden & chickens. You will be able to spend quiet evenings sitting on the porch swing enjoying the beautiful view of Granite Mountain. This place is perfect for guests who want to escape from the busyness of city life or the desert heat. Our guests often enjoy hiking and exploring all the natural beauty in our area.

Antelope Run Country Cottage in Chino Valley

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.
