Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Arya’s cottage with a loft & jacuzzi

Adults only, 18&older. No smoking or vaping allowed inside or on premises. Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional fee. Peaceful cottage, centrally-located on an active equestrian farm with rv sites as well. From your loft bedroom overlook beautiful rolling pastures with horses and goats. See our beautiful horses in training or take a stroll on our walking trails or through the woods on the 41 acres, read a book, sit around your fire pit, soak in the private jacuzzi, or head 6 miles to downtown.

Enjoy watching the chickens, roosters, and turkeys in the area (there’s a chance a chicken will end up in the backyard!) & relax in the simple slow paced country life. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath home, affectionately referred to as Patsy's Place, was built in 2017 and is perfect for a short stay or relaxing vacation. A long winding driveway leads to this private home that overlooks a three-acre pond. The heart of Greensboro is only twenty minutes away so you can enjoy the best of both worlds: getting in touch with nature or perusing local shops, dining, and entertainment. Pets are welcome with prior approval.

If you love rich history, and privacy then you will love this peaceful oasis. As soon as you pull into the main property entrance, you will naturally leave the world behind. You will take a right by the Hope sign and come upon this adorable one bedroom cottage. You will enjoy this newly remodeled home. It features a wrap around porch, deck with grill and it’s own personal lavender garden by the fire pit. It is peaceful and cozy.
