Welcome to Guches Ranch! Nestled on a picturesque ranch established in 1964 by the Guches family, a vast expanse of lush farmland. Our Airbnb listing is the ultimate retreat for those seeking solace and serenity away from the hustle & bustle of city life. We are located centrally to local popular Vineyards in the serene Applegate Valley, just 12 miles outside the historic Jacksonville Oregon. Our brand new modern-style single cottage is a stand alone unit & is a private cozy, yet spacious haven.

Applegate cottage at boutique winery!

Located right in the middle of Southern Oregon wine country. You will be staying in a cottage on a vineyard with our own winery and tasting room onsite. Tasting room open Saturday & Sunday. (April-December) With 7 wineries under 5 minutes away from the cottage, you’ll have plenty to explore right out your front door. Wooldridge, Walport, Troon, Schultz, Schmidt, Blossom Barn, Rosellas & Solaro just to name a few. Downtown Grants Pass & Jacksonville are 30 minutes away. Highway 5 is 30 min away.

Walk to Red Lily Vineyards! Enjoy the private firepit (when not in wildfire season) with complimentary s’mores kit or walk down to the river and breath. Snow capped mountains in view most of the year. This space has a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. For the chilly nights, enjoy a cozy fireplace and a movie.

Cozy Detached Guest Quarters

Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. If you are looking for complete perfection and no interaction we might not be your place! Otherwise we can’t wait to meet you! We are pet friendly with a $10 fee.

The studio offers a perfect balance of proximity to town and the tranquility of nature just 8 miles west of downtown Grants Pass. Enter the unit through a flourishing garden and enjoy a cozy, clean oasis. This is a great stopover for road trippers and a convenient home base for exploring the Redwoods and Rogue River. Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

The Cozy Cabin (with own private hot tub!)

Come relax and unwind in our cozy, peaceful cabin, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Grants Pass. With mountain views, stunning sunsets and a private wooded environment, it’s the perfect place to get away. Relax, read a good book, take a soak in the hot tub located just steps outside the master suite. The Cozy Cabin is filled with thoughtful touches, from throw blankets to high quality linens and towels, selected to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
