Heron Hangout- perfect for family and friends

The Heron Hangout is a newly renovated home with an astonishing view of the Willapa Bay. The 2466 sq. ft. house sits on 4 plus acres, secluded from neighbors for a peaceful getaway. The Willapa Bay has an abundance of wildlife; it is common to see Blue Heron, ducks, geese, eagles and deer. Boats and dredges used in the oyster and steamer clam industry go past as the tide goes in and out. Venturing out and exploring all that the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer is just a short drive away.

Stay here and listen to the waves! Enjoy all the beauty and fun the Long Beach Peninsula has to offer at this cute little guest studio in a cul-de-sac on quiet dead-end road - not suitable for children under 13. Five minute drive to the beach! The nice private outdoor patio has a covered kitchen, a firepit, BBQ, 4-burner stove top and large sink for cleaning clams/fish. Enjoy Long Beach in our beautiful home that’s only a five minute walk from the beach. Furnished so you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy our diverse kitchen, equipped with everything from pots and pans, to blenders and coffee machines. Our place is also well equipped for children, with toys and highchairs and all in between. Feel assured that we take extensive sanitation measures before and after every guest.

New private loft apartment, 5 blocks from beach!

Close to town, this above garage apartment is just a few blocks from the discovery trail and beach! The cabin next to the garage is occupied by owners, May-October, and at times October-April. We have plenty of extra parking for Rod run cars and fishing boats! All guests are welcome to use clam shovels and guns, as well as boots and bags; all in the garage. Your family will be close everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

We are up and running with all repairs done. The Cabin at Willapa Bay is a fully-furnished (with complete kitchen) private retreat in South Bend, WA, halfway between Seattle and Portland overlooking the Willapa River. We are an hour from Astoria and about 50 minutes from Long Beach. It is a perfect romantic get-away. Quiet. SAFE. No cleaning fee. We have no contact check-in with coded entrance.
