THE MINNOW BUCKET is a clean, safe & quiet waterfront home for 8 to rest with exceptional recreational opportunities. Enjoy the private boat pier and a 50' covered pavilion we call THE CRICKET BOX for entertaining. The waterfront home has 6 beds, 4 full baths and sleeps 8. The attached pavilion includes commercial ice machine, grill, kitchen, bar, 80-inch tv, 3 porch swings, wall mounted fans & wood stove. Perfect combination for traveling, relaxing, fishing, boating and work-related stays.

Very private waterfront house with floating boathouse, deck and fenced in yard across the slough from boat landing . You can enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise over the water from the deck overlooking a 20 foot bluff. A venture out on the point gives you an unbelievable sunset and fishing opportunity. The deck is great for grilling while watching the fishing boats come back into landing after a day on the water. Could be a great hunting/fishing base camp or private getaway.

#1 "The Hank" - Lakeside Cabins

The Hank is a rustic2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. The front porch leads into theliving room/kitchen area. The living room has a smart TV with love seat and queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is complete with rustic island for entertaining. From this area are two doors that lead to separate bathrooms and then to each bedroom with queen beds in each. This cabin can sleep 6. Lakeside RV & Cabin Rentals is in Camden, Alabama within 10 miles of theAlabama River and Lake Dannely.

River House Retreat

Our tranquil getaway on the water has 2 bdrm./2 ba, private dock w/ power & on-site boat launch. Enjoy nature & fishing along the Alabama River within minutes. A full air mattress adds to the sleeping capability. The expansive outdoor area includes comfortable seating, a large screen TV, dining table, porch & rockers. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise/sunsets or the big game. The fire pit will keep you warm on a cool winter night. Min. stay -2 nights.

Waterfront Oasis

Offers some of the most amazing views of the Alabama River, yet only miles from town, restaurants and shopping & less than a mile to the brand new boat launch, Bridgeport Landing. The 4 bedroom, 3 full baths is great for a large family or 2 families vacationing together since two bedrooms have a private bath & all bedrooms have a smart TV. The outdoor space is great to soak in all waterfront living has to offer with plenty of seating, grill & firepit.

Dark Sky Field

I found Murchison Farm when doing a search for dark sky areas for telescope viewing, and this spot did not disappoint. Very low light pollution (Bortle Scale 2 based on the dark sky map I use), and the field I was in had a very big sky/low horizon- which is what I was hoping for. I was only able to stay one night and had some clouds form late, but had some great views including the NEOWISE comet.
