Die gemütliche 60m2 große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss . 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit 2 Ausziehbetten, Wohnküche, Badezimmer- Waschmaschine, Vorraum, WC, perfekt für Langzeitaufenthalte. Wir liegen in einer Wohngegend, Kinderspielplatz im Park vor dem Haus. Umgebung: U-Bahn, Supermärkte, öffentliche Garage. 20 Min. direkt ins Stadtzentrum.

Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Cosy and spacious city apartment with balcony

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!
