Charming City Apartment

Charming non-smoking apartment, very centrally situated near Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Straße 1 room – 35m² – for 1 to 2 persons House and Environment The apartment is situated in a very central, yet quiet part of Vienna. It is 5 minutes to Westbahnhof railway station and close to Mariahilfer Straße, Austria's largest shopping street. From Westbahnhof the metro U3 takes you to St. Stephan's Cathedral and the historic center in only 7 minutes. Popular sights like Schönbrunn Castle, Ringstraße with its museums and historical buildings, Museumsquartier and Naschmarkt can be reached easily by walking or by public transportation. There is a supermarket around the corner and in Westbahnhof there is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. Apartments Description The apartment is modern and elegant and has room for 1 to 2 persons. It consists of an anteroom, living/sleeping room with integrated kitchen, bathroom and separated toilet. Living Room The living room features a bed (160×200), a dining table and two chairs, a 40 inch flat-screen TV (cable TV), radio clock with iPod docking station. Kitchen The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery). Bathroom The bathroom features a bath tub, washbasin and toploader washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Anteroom In the anteroom there is a spacious wardrobe. Extras Free Wifi internet, coffee and tea, bedding, towels, toiletries. Latest time for check-in is 8 pm.

Cosy, bright & modern flat in the hip 7th Quarter

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. Praktisch, funktionell und irgendwie einzigartig dieses Studio, im hinteren Bereich des ruhigen Innenhofes gelegen. Raffiniertes, preiswertes Mini Apartment für 1 Person. Es gibt alles, was man selbst für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Bequemes Einzelbett, gut ausgestattete Küche, Ceran Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Küchengeräten, Geschirr, etc... Top 11 - Diese neu sanierten Ferienwohnungen im 16. Wiener Bezirk, Richard-Wagner-Platz bieten auf einer Wohnfläche von 45-50 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Gegenüber vom Haus befindet sich ein Park mit Kinderspielplatz. Die Wohnungen befinden sich im 1. Stock (kein Lift), und sind ausgestattet mit schnellem WLAN und über 160 digitalen TV-Sendern. Private terrace, 8 min to center

My extraordinary apartment is located directly at the subway station Thaliastrasse. Check-in is super easy with an electronic lock. Feel at home in the fully equipped apartment. Wifi is of course also available. Highlight: The quiet and green private terrace. You will find public transport right outside the front door. The best locations for food & shopping are only a 5-minute walk away. Tips are available for you in the apartment.

Central, spacious, quiet, fully equipped

The APARTMENT is quiet, centrally located, close to public transport, has room for up to 8 guests and is on the 4th floor with elevator. Checking-in or checking-out on Oct25 unfortunately is not possible. There is a big shopping mall 200m from the apartment (WESTBAHNHOF), some grocery shops and supermarkets are open until 11pm and on weekends. LATEST check-in is 8pm (unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions).

Newly renovated appartement near city centre

This cosy, modern 2 room Appartement is about 40 square metres big and is situated in a quiet one way street. It consists of a big living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom. Supermarkets, drug stores and a small mall are just 5 min by foot. With public transportation it takes only 10 min to city Center (Stephansplatz) or Castle Schönbrunn.
