Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

URBAN UNIT | nearby city center

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Cozy Apartment, private terrace, 8 min to center

My extraordinary apartment is located directly at the subway station Thaliastrasse. The self-check-in is super easy and works with an electronic lock. Feel at home in the fully equipped apartment. Wifi is of course also available. Highlight: The quiet and green private terrace. You will find multiple public transport services right outside the front door. The best locations for food & shopping are only a 5-minute walk away. Tips are available for you in the apartment.

Unsere schicke Unterkunft eignet sich ideal für einen erholsamen Städtetripp für eine Familie, Pärchen oder Freunde. Mit kleiner, aber gut ausgestatteter Küche für einen Kochabend, modernem Badezimmer mit Rainshower-Duschkabine, einem getrennt begehbaren Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einem ebenso getrennt begehbaren Schlaf- und Wohnraum mit Queen-size Bett, TV-Eck mit Schlafsofa und einem Essbereich mit einladender Sitznische.

Central, spacious, quiet, fully equipped

The APARTMENT is quiet, centrally located, close to public transport, has room for up to 8 guests and is on the 4th floor with elevator. Checking-in or checking-out on Oct25 unfortunately is not possible. There is a big shopping mall 200m from the apartment (WESTBAHNHOF), some grocery shops and supermarkets are open until 11pm and on weekends. LATEST check-in is 8pm (unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions).

Historic apartment in the best district of Vienna

The modernly furnished sous-terrain studio (-1) offers fast Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen with coffee. Easy access to public transportation and contactless check-in make for a hassle-free arrival. The studio has a box-spring bed, modern bathroom and many different lights. It is located in a quiet area with great location near cafés and grocery stores. Moreover, the neighborhood is very friendly.
