Fanny’s Dilemma, Middle Street

Fanny’s Dilemma was built in 1715. The original part of the house is hugely atmospheric with original panelling and fireplaces, steeped in the smuggling history of Deal. The cosy winter parlour and dining room are truly delightful. The airy room at the back of the house has evolved and is now a modern kitchen/family room. Renovated in 2021, it has vaulted ceilings and access to the garden The 4th bd rm in the basement down steep stairs and has a small 4ft double bed and private shower room.

Welcome to our new home by the sea, superbly located within minutes walk of the beach, harbour and all central Whitstable has to offer. Our home is spacious, airy and light providing high specification fittings and welcoming accommodation. The house benefits from a covered allocated parking space and a courtyard garden. Also on display in our home is artwork from a seaside artist which is available to admire and / or to purchase!

Tankerton town house is in the heart of Tankerton, 50m from the beach. The high street has lots of lovely cafe's and bars close by. Whitstable is less than 1 mile away, there is a lovely walk to whitstable along the beach promenade. Bus stop is 2 minute walk from the property and train station is 20 mins walk away.
